English Unplugged Methodology

Our goal is for every student to become bilingual. We know that this is no easy task and the the best way to help them achive it is to help them to feel capable and confident when using the language and foster them in seeing themselves as English speakers.

For this reason, we focus our classes on the interests and needs of each group, even if this means tailoring each session rather than following a book with pre-planned lessons. When designing lesson plans, activities, and projects, we rely on three main teaching pillars.

Encourage students to recognize themselves as English speakers, which deepens their learning and strengthens their connection to the language.
Promote the use of English in real and meaningful situations, adapted to their level and aimed at reinforcing comprehension and practice.
Create an environment that sparks interest in learning and encourages students to come to class, participate, and progress.
